尿崩症是以口渴、多饮、多尿为主要症状,且多在儿童期发病。我科于1989年-1992年共诊治8例尿崩症。现将临床症状及治疗总结报告如下。 1 一般资料本组8例尿崩症病儿均为同期诊治病儿,其中男5例,女3例。年龄6～14岁。病程最长4年,最短5个月。其中颅腔外伤后发病2例,散发性脑炎,结核脑膜炎3例,垂体肿瘤3例。8例病儿均有多饮、多尿及烦渴病史,病儿甚者每昼夜排尿达8-10升,尿比重均明显降低,此外尚有头痛、乏力等

Including craniocerebral trauma in 2 cases, sporadic encephalitis, tuberculous meningitis in 3 cases, 3 cases of pituitary tumors. 8 cases of sick children are drinking, polyuria and polydipsia history, sick children even diuresis per day and night of up to 8-10 liters, urine specific gravity were significantly lower, in addition there are headache, fatigue, etc.
