试验以马铃薯脱毒苗为材料,在智能温室进行马铃薯脱毒水培苗诱导生根试验,不同处理配方生根数经差异显著性分析,试验误差CV(%)=2.133,区组间差异不显著,处理间差异极显著。本试验8个配方中配方2平均均值2 395根,与其他配方差异极显著,与对照(CK)比,增362.4%;平均每株生根5.7根,长4.8 cm。试验中以配方2生根效果最佳。
In the experiment, potato virus-free seedlings were used as materials to induce rooting of potato virus-free hydroponic culture in smart greenhouse. The rooting number of different treatment formulas was significantly different from that of the control. CV (%) was 2.133, The difference between treatments was significant. The average of recipe 2 in 8 formulas in this experiment was 2 395, which was significantly different from other formulas and 362.4% higher than that of CK. The average number of roots per plant was 5.7 and 4.8 cm. In the experiment, the rooting effect is the best with formula 2.
