负源变换器系列 TC1122 TC1122是一种负电源变换器电路,输入+1.5～5.5V经变换后可输出相应的负电压。它是TC660的升级产品,最大输出电流200mA比TC660大一倍,在200mA时效率可高达88％;使用时仅外接两个电解电容即可。振荡器频率可选(10～200kHz);小型封装(有SOIC及MSOP封装,MSOP封装仅占8脚SOIC的一半空间)。
Negative source converter series TC1122 TC1122 is a negative power converter circuit, the input + 1.5 ~ 5.5V output can be converted by the corresponding negative voltage. It is the upgraded product of TC660. The maximum output current is 200mA twice that of the TC660, and the efficiency can reach as high as 88% at 200mA. Only two external electrolytic capacitors can be used. Oscillator frequency selectable (10 ~ 200kHz); small package (SOIC and MSOP package, MSOP package occupies only half of 8-pin SOIC space).
