目的:根据新生儿胎粪吸入综合征(MAS)患儿血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的动态监测,探讨血清VEGF水平与MAS之间的关系。方法:随机选取2015年2月至2016年3月在佛山市顺德区妇幼保健院产科出生并被诊断为MAS患儿40例为观察组,MAS组40例和正常对照组42例,在出生第1天(入院即时)﹑第3天﹑第5天采血,测定血清VEGF水平。结果:MAS组血清VEGF水平在第1天﹑第3天明显高于正常对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);第5天两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MAS组第1天﹑第3天﹑第5天组内比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF与MAS的发生﹑发展密切相关,MAS时VEGF表达增加是机体应激状态下的一种保护反应,提示VEGF的高表达对MAS的早期诊断有重要参考价值。观察VEGF水平的动态变化对MAS的病情发展及预后有重要的临床意义。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between serum VEGF and MAS in neonates with meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS) based on the dynamic monitoring of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels. Methods: Forty children with MAS were randomly selected from the obstetrics and gynecology department of Shunde Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 in the observation group, 40 cases in the MAS group and 42 cases in the normal control group. 1 day (admission immediately), 3 days, 5 days blood collection, determination of serum VEGF levels. Results: The serum VEGF level in MAS group was significantly higher than that in normal control group on the first day and the third day (P <0.01), and there was no significant difference between the two groups on the fifth day (P> 0.05 ); There were significant differences in the intra-arteries of MAS group on day 1, day 3 and day 5 (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: VEGF is closely related to the occurrence and development of MAS. The increased expression of VEGF in MAS is a protective response under stress, suggesting that the high expression of VEGF has an important reference value for the early diagnosis of MAS. To observe the dynamic changes of VEGF levels has important clinical significance on the progression of disease and the prognosis of MAS.
