《人民司法》2006年“八一杯”有奖征文评选活动,经过评委认真评议,结果现已揭晓,共评出特别奖1篇、一等奖2篇、二等奖4篇、三等奖10篇,并从最高人民法院作者撰写的文章中评出一等奖1篇、二等奖2篇、三等奖3篇。(获奖文章及作者名单附后,以发表期数为序)。此届评选委员会由17名评委组成,最高人民法院副院长黄松有任主任,最高人民法院有关庭、室负责人,江西省南昌市中级人民法院院长赖永芳,著名教授陈卫东、张志铭担任评委。谨向所有关心、支持本刊的读者、作者表示衷心的感谢,并特别感谢大力协助举办这次有奖征文活动的江西省南昌市中级人民法院。
“Judiciary of the People's Republic of China” In 2006, the “August 1 Cup” prize essay selection activities, after careful assessment by the judges, the results have been announced, a total of 1 special award, first prize 2, second prize 4, 10 prizes, and 1 first prize, 2 second prizes and 3 third prizes from the articles written by the authors of the Supreme People's Court. (Winning articles and author list attached, published in order of the order). This session of the Selection Committee consists of 17 judges, the Supreme People's Court Vice President Huang Song has the director, the Supreme People's Court of the relevant court, room director, Jiangxi Nanchang Intermediate People's Court Lai Yongfang, famous professor Chen Weidong, Zhang Zhiming served as Judges. I would like to express my heart-felt gratitude to all readers and authors who have expressed their concern and support for this publication, and I am particularly grateful to the Nanchang Intermediate People's Court of Jiangxi Province for its assistance in organizing this award-winning essay.
