观察多聚人血白蛋白(pHSA)导向α-干扰素(α-IFN)的体内外抗病毒效果。方法:以戊二醛聚合的pHSA作栽体,合成了导向肝脏干扰素(pHSA-IFN)。体外测定其保护肝细胞和非肝细胞抗病毒感染的效果.同时用于慢性病毒性肝炎志愿者的临床治疗。结果:pHSA-IFN对肝细胞的保护活力高出其对非肝细胞的保护活力4~5倍;肝炎病人治疗有效率(HBeAg或HRV-DNA转阴)达60%,高于一般干扰素(30%)。结论:pHSA-IFN确有肝脏导向作用,不会产生免疫排斥,疗效优于普通干扰素。
To observe the in vitro and in vivo antiviral effects of poly-alpha-interferon (IFN-α) directed by poly-serum albumin (pHSA). Methods: pHSA-IFN was synthesized by using glutaraldehyde-conjugated pHSA as carrier. In vitro determination of its protective effect on hepatocytes and non-hepatocyte antiviral infections, and for the clinical treatment of chronic viral hepatitis volunteers. Results: The protective activity of pHSA-IFN on hepatocytes was 4 ~ 5 times higher than that on non-hepatocytes. The therapeutic efficiency of hepatitis B patients (HBeAg or HRV-DNA negative) was 60% higher than that of general interferon 30%). Conclusion: pHSA-IFN does have liver-oriented effect, does not produce immune rejection, the effect is superior to ordinary interferon.
