绩效评价对于企业的生存和发展有至关重要的作用。传统的绩效评价方式对考察企业的目标和业绩有比较好的效果,但是随着企业外部环境、内部组织结构复杂性增加,传统的绩效评价方式已不能完全满足考察企业目标和业绩的需要,特别是复杂巨系统的绩效评价。本文主要通过研究基于管理熵管理耗散结构评价综合集成评价,衡量烟草机关效能工程建设的效果,并对评价结果进行解释。
Performance evaluation for the survival and development of enterprises have a crucial role. However, with the increase of the external environment and the complexity of the internal organizational structure, the traditional method of performance evaluation can not fully meet the needs of the investigation of business goals and performance. In particular, Is the performance evaluation of complex giant system. In this paper, we mainly study the effect of the construction of the effectiveness project of tobacco industry by studying the integrated evaluation of dissipative structure evaluation based on management entropy, and explain the evaluation results.
