社会主义法律体系在我国已经初步建成。在各个领域所表现的法律文本以及体系化进程也比较迅速,如何实现在法律体系中不遗漏、不忽略各种影响较小的法律规范,要在法律衔接上加大研究力度。文章从《中华人民共和国消防法》基本理论出发,对我国消防法律体系进行分析,并简要研究消防法律规范与其他法律规范之间的衔接问题。
The socialist legal system has been basically completed in our country. The legal texts displayed in various fields and the process of systematization are relatively rapid. How to realize the omission in the legal system, ignore various legal norms that have less influence, and intensify the research on the convergence of laws? Based on the basic theory of “Fire Law of the People’s Republic of China”, the article analyzes the legal system of fire protection in our country and briefly studies the connection between the laws and regulations on fire protection and other laws and regulations.
