目的探究与分析再手术治疗胃癌术后复发的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析30例胃癌术后复发患者的临床资料,观察患者随访4年期间的生存率。结果患者无论行根治性切除术或姑息性清除术,1、2、3、4年生存率相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于胃癌术后再复发患者选择恰当的手术方法可在一定程度上延长患者的生存时间,改善其存活质量,临床应提高重视。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of reoperation for the treatment of postoperative recurrence of gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with postoperative recurrence of gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The survival rate of patients after 4 years follow-up was observed. Results There was no significant difference in survival rate between 1, 2, 3 and 4 years after radical resection or palliative resection (P> 0.05). Conclusion For patients with recurrent gastric cancer after surgery, the choice of appropriate surgical methods to a certain extent, extend the survival time of patients and improve the quality of their survival, the clinical should pay more attention.
