本发明所介绍的是一种将原水通过加压、预过滤、离子交换及反渗透,连续生产无菌无热原水的工艺流程和装置。在反渗透中透过膜的渗透水为无菌无热原水,其浓缩水回流至加压前的原水中。加压时所产生的热量采取了散热措施。更可取的是预处理通过第二个反渗透器来完成,这样制得的无菌无热原水可用来配制注射液、输液和眼药水等。
Described in the present invention is a process and apparatus for continuous production of sterile, pyrogen-free water by pressurizing, prefiltering, ion exchange and reverse osmosis.
