班级管理有几种常见的模式,比如说常规管理、目标管理、平行管理、民主管理和自主管理。目前,高中学习使用的较多的是目标管理和民主管理,虽然很早就提出了自主管理的模式,但是在很多学校中都未能引起重视。高中生不像初中和小学生,他们已经具备一定的自主管理能力,为高中班级自主管理的实现提供了可能。本文主要是对高中班级自主管理现状进行分析,并针对目前高中班级自主管理存在的问题提出合理的改进措施。
