目的:探讨清肝健脾方在治疗晚期肝癌患者化疗时增效减毒,延长生存期,提高患者的生存质量。方法:40例病人(男20例,女20例)分为治疗组和对照组,均使用TACE术治疗。治疗组加用清肝健脾方,每次150mL,2次/d,口服,连服8周为1个疗程。观察病人肝功能、瘤体大小及一般状况。结果:(1)清肝健脾方无明显缩减肿瘤体积、降低AFP值的作用;(2)可明显改善生活质量、肝功能及提高卡氏生存质量评分。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qinggan Jianpi Recipe in reducing the toxicity, prolonging the survival and improving the quality of life of patients with advanced liver cancer. Methods: Forty patients (20 males and 20 females) were divided into treatment group and control group, all treated with TACE. Treatment group plus Qingganjianpi side, each 150mL, 2 times / d, oral, even for 8 weeks for a course of treatment. Observe the patient’s liver function, tumor size and general condition. Results: (1) Qingganjianpi Decoction did not significantly reduce the tumor volume and reduce the AFP value; (2) can significantly improve the quality of life, liver function and improve the quality of life of the card.
