一、前言 T-3262系日本富山化学工业公司开发的喹诺酮类抗菌剂,对革蓝氏阳性菌及阴性菌、厌氧菌均有很强的广谱抗菌作用。特别是对金葡菌、链球菌、肠球菌等革蓝氏阳性菌、葡萄糖非发酵革蓝氏阴性杆菌、消化球菌属、脆弱杆菌等的抗菌作用较现有其他喹诺酮类抗菌剂强,且对各种耐药性菌有优良的抗菌作用。 T-3262口服给药时,饭后给药较空腹给药浓度高,主要经尿排泄。其安全性通过一般毒性试验、生殖试验、抗原性试验及一般药理试验进行了研究,未发现特殊问题。
