故障现象一辆2009款福克斯自动挡轿车,累计行驶约6 500 km,出现两后车门无法中控上锁,玻璃不能升降,点烟器不工作的故障现象。故障诊断首先用IDS检测,测得故障代码有:U0201-60——驾驶座车门模块(DDCU)与左后车门模块(C)的通讯丢失;U0202-60——乘客座车门模块(PDCU)与右后车门模块(D)的通讯丢失。根据故障代码含义,大致可判断为两后车门不能与两前车门通讯。接下的维修工作就围绕通讯问题展开。
Symptoms A 2009 Fox automatic sedan, a total of about 6 500 km, there are two rear doors can not be locked in the control, the glass can not lift, the cigarette lighter does not work the fault phenomenon. The fault diagnosis is first detected by IDS, and the fault codes are as follows: U0201-60 - Loss of communication between driver’s door module (DDCU) and left rear door module (C); U0202-60 - Passenger’s door module (PDCU) The rear right door module (D) lost communication. According to the meaning of the fault code, it can be roughly judged that the two rear doors can not communicate with the two front doors. The next maintenance work started around the issue of communications.
