采用基础倾斜试验及多阶段异丙肾上腺素倾斜试验( M I T T) 检测不明原因晕厥97 例,健康成人9 例。结果:健康对照组直立倾斜试验 T T均阴性( Ⅰ组) ,不明原因晕厥中 T T 阴性占20 .7 % ( Ⅱ组) , B T T阳性占22 .8 %( Ⅲ组) , M I T T 阳性占56 .5 % ( Ⅳ组) 。倾斜前各组间收缩压( S B P) 、舒张压( D B P) 及心率( H R) 均无差异。倾斜时, H R:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组均显著增加, S B P:Ⅰ、Ⅳ组轻度下降, D B P:Ⅰ组轻度升高。Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组阳性反应时, S B P、 D B P和 H R 均较前显著下降。结论: T T 是诊断血管迷走性晕厥安全的方法。
Ninety-seven cases of unexplained syncope and nine healthy adults were detected by basic tilt test and multislice isoproterenol tilt test (MITT). Results: The T T of the healthy control group was negative (Ⅰ group) in the upright tilt test, and T T was negative in the unexplained syncope. 7% (group Ⅱ), B T T positive accounted for 22%. 8% (Ⅲ group), M I T T positive accounted for 56. 5% (group Ⅳ). There were no differences in systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and heart rate (HR) between groups before tilting. Tilt, H R: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ group were significantly increased, S B P: Ⅰ, Ⅳ group decreased slightly, DBP: Ⅰ group increased slightly. Ⅲ B, Ⅳ group positive reaction, S B P, D B P and H R were significantly decreased compared with the previous. Conclusion: T T is a safe method to diagnose vasovagal syncope.
