应用核孔滤筛法测定由30例急性脑出血病人和对照组全血制备成的、压积约为5%的红细胞和红白细胞悬液,计算滤过指数(FI)。结果为红细胞悬液FI值在两组间无显著差异,与病人的临床神经功能缺损程度及意识状态也无相关意义。而白细胞悬液的值显示两组间差异极为显著,并与病人的临床神经功能缺损程度和意识状态显著相关。对两种悬液成份的分析,作者认为上述结果主要系脑出血病人白细胞变形能力下降所致,并认为白细胞变形能力测定对脑出血病人临床状况、治疗及预后均有重要意义。
The filtration index (FI) was calculated by nuclear pore sieve method in erythrocytes and erythroblasts suspension prepared from whole blood of 30 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and control group with a pressure of about 5%. The results for the FI value of erythrocyte suspension in the two groups no significant difference, and the patient’s clinical neurological deficit and the level of awareness and no relevant significance. The values of leukocyte suspension showed significant differences between the two groups and were significantly associated with the degree of clinical neurological deficit and the state of consciousness. The analysis of the two suspension components, the authors believe that the above results mainly due to the decline of leukocyte deformability in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and that the determination of leukocyte deformability in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage clinical status, treatment and prognosis are of great significance.
