骨纤维结构不良是一种较少见的骨病,而只侵犯眼眶单骨者却属罕见,现报告一例。病例报告宋××,女,10岁,成都市人。病史:左眼球突出7月。患儿在入院前7月被家长偶然发现左眼比右眼大,此后几周内左眼球逐渐突出。三月后眼球突出趋于稳定,无明显发展。无视物模糊、复视、眼红、肿、痛等症状。否认外伤及有关家族病史。体检:全身一般健康情况良好,未见明显异常。眼部检查:右眼视力1.5J_1,外眼、眼前节及眼底正常。左眼视力1.5J_1,眼球前突,向下移位。眼球上转轻度受限,向内,外下转动正常。沿左眼眶上缘可在深部触及一硬性包块,表面较光滑,硬如骨质,不活动。眼前节及眼底正常。视野检查:双侧周围及中心视野正常。眼压:右5.5/6=17毫

Eye examination: Right eye vision 1.5J_1, outside the eye, anterior segment and fundus normal. 1.5J_1 visual acuity left eye, protrusion, downward shift. Eye turn mild limited, turn inside and outside the normal rotation. Along the left eye orbital edge in the deep touches a hard mass, the surface is smooth, hard as bone, inactive. Anterior segment and fundus normal. Visual examination: both sides around the center and normal vision. Intraocular pressure: right 5.5 / 6 = 17 milliliters
