创业教育的理念是全球教育理论界在关注人的全面发展以及预测国际经济文化发展趋势的基础上提出的。本文认为石油人力资源管理领域创业教育存在主体需求与社会需求、追求内涵与崇尚功用、开创思想与传统思想、实际支撑与理论理想四对主要矛盾,并根据实际提出了关注主体需求、重视终身理念、注重隐性课程、牢固支撑体系的相关对策,进而提出了深入实施创业教育的发展思路。
The concept of entrepreneurship education is based on the theory of global education circles paying attention to the all-round development of human beings and forecasting the trend of international economic and cultural development.
