本刊讯日前,国家“十二五”高新技术研究发展计划(“863计划”)项目——重污染化工行业清洁生产技术与示范项目任务书已签订并正式启动。沈阳化工研究院是项目牵头单位,并承担“制剂类农药清洁生产与废水循环利用技术与示范”课题任务。重污染化工行业清洁生产技术与示范项目主要针对化工生产过程引发的严重环境污染问题,通过研发新的合成工艺路线和清洁生产技术替代现有的部分重污染化工行业生产工艺。据悉,项目由五个课题组成,沈阳院作为项目牵头单位承担了“制剂类农药清洁生产与废水循环利用技术与示范”课题。其他承担单位有新疆天业(集团)公司,中科院系统的
Recently, the state “Twelve-Five ” high-tech research and development program ( “863 Program ”) project - heavily polluting chemical industry cleaner production technology and demonstration project task book has been signed and was officially launched. Shenyang Chemical Research Institute is the project leading unit and undertakes the tasks of “Technology and Demonstration of Cleaner Production and Wastewater Recycling of Preparation Pesticides”. Heavy Pollution Chemical Industry Clean Production Technology and Demonstration Project focuses on the serious environmental pollution caused by the chemical production process and replaces the existing production technology of some heavily polluting chemical industry by developing new synthetic route and cleaner production technology. It is reported that the project consists of five subjects, Shenyang Institute as the project leader to assume “preparation of pesticides and wastewater recycling technology and demonstration ” issue. Other undertaking units are Xinjiang Tianye (Group) Company, the Chinese Academy of Sciences system
