由于环境保护对三废排放标准提出的严格要求,使选别多金属硫化矿采用无氰工艺越来越被人们所重视。近几年来,广大选矿工作者在这方面做了大量的试验研究工作,并在生产实践中取得了不少成绩。我们曾对江苏某矿铜锌硫类型矿石采用非氰化物抑制剂进行浮选,分离效果尚好,获得了较为满意的选别指标,为选厂设计提供了依据。一、矿石物质组成 (一)矿石矿物成分及主要金属矿物的特征根据岩矿鉴定结果,该矿石主要金属矿物有闪锌矿、黄铜矿和黄铁矿,少量斑铜矿、辉铜矿和磁铁矿等。脉石矿物主要有石英、方解石、石榴子石,其次为透辉石及少量绿帘石、绿泥石。
Because of the stringent environmental protection requirements for the emission standards of three wastes, more and more attention has been paid to the selection of polymetallic sulfide ores using cyanide-free processes. In recent years, the majority of mineral processing workers in this area have done a lot of experimental research, and in the production practice has made many achievements. We used a non-cyanide inhibitor for flotation of copper, zinc and sulfur ore in a mine in Jiangsu Province. The separation effect was still good and the satisfactory sorting index was obtained, which provided the basis for the plant selection. I. Composition of Ore Material (I) Characteristics of Ore Mineral Composition and Main Metallic Minerals According to the results of rock and mineral identification, the main metallic minerals of the ore are sphalerite, chalcopyrite and pyrite, a small amount of beryllite, chalcopyrite and Magnetite and so on. Gangue minerals are mainly quartz, calcite, garnet, followed by diopside and a small amount of epidote, chlorites.
