目的 探讨抗细胞间粘附分子 1单克隆抗体对大鼠环孢素A急性肾毒性的作用。方法 观察细胞间粘附分子 1在急性环孢素A肾毒性大鼠肾组织的表达及抗细胞间粘附分子 1单克隆抗体治疗对大鼠肾功能、尿蛋白、尿 β2 微球蛋白及肾组织病理变化及肾组织中细胞间粘附分子 1表达的影响。结果 急性环孢素A肾毒性大鼠肾小球、小管间质中有细胞间粘附分子 1的表达 ,抗细胞间粘附分子 1单克隆抗体对大鼠环孢素A急性肾毒性有保护作用 ,其作用与异搏定治疗效果相似。结论 抗细胞间粘附分子 1单克隆抗体能较好地防护环孢素A对大鼠的肾脏毒性作用
Objective To investigate the effect of anti-cell-adhesion molecule-1 monoclonal antibody on acute nephrotoxicity of cyclosporin A in rats. Methods The expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in renal tissue of acute cyclosporine A nephrotoxicity rats and the effect of anti-cell adhesion molecule-1 monoclonal antibody treatment on renal function, urinary protein, urine β2 microglobulin and kidney Histopathological changes and the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in renal tissue. Results Acute cyclosporine A nephrotoxicity rat glomerular, tubulointerstitial intercellular adhesion molecule 1 expression, anti-cell adhesion molecule 1 monoclonal antibody on rat acute cyclosporin A protection Role, its role and verapamil treatment effect is similar. Conclusion Monoclonal antibody against ICAM-1 can effectively protect against renal toxicity of cyclosporine A
