主题宴席又称专题宴席,餐饮企业主要根据顾客的需求,策划出不同类型的主题宴席与菜品,来刺激顾客消费,达到提供餐饮企业社会效益和经济效益一种经营活动。主题宴会与菜品设计的好坏是衡量餐饮企业管理能力与烹饪技能水平的重要指标,也是每个餐饮管理者及宴席菜单与菜品设计者必须掌握的一门技能。“项府家宴”源于西楚,流传千年,曾经是西楚霸王项羽兴兵决胜、雅会诸侯的大宴,今天,已然成为畅游宿迁必不可少的旅游美食新地标。“项府家宴·迎宾宴”是宿迁市旅游局最近推出的“项府家宴”系列主题宴席之一,堪称是中华名宴百花园里新绽放的一朵奇葩。
