本文研究了马钢两种精矿的矿物组成及理化性能,对于凹磁精矿中配加不同量的凹重精矿烧结矿进行了宏观、微观结构及烧结热工制度的分析,确定了凹重配加量达30%时烧结矿强度严重下降的原因,并提出改进措施。对于凹磁精矿中配加少量钢渣,有利于提高烧结矿强度,对凹磁精矿烧结矿在碱度(CaO/SiO_2)1.5~2.5之间出现强度衰减区的机理进行了研究,并测定了不同碱度凹磁精矿烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能。
In this paper, the mineral composition and physical and chemical properties of two kinds of concentrate of Masteel were studied.
