教师管理是每个学校都有的管理内容,依学校传统和办学理念不同而有不同,但管理者都在追求积极主动、和谐相处这样一种状态。如何既能让老师有团队归属感,又能把制度纪律的硬性约束变为自己内心潜意识的习惯,达到在集体工作时,求同存异的管理目标,激活影响工作的“惰性元素”。这里主要从“教师和年级的双向选择”、“教师的捆绑考核”两个方面进行论述。
Teacher management is the management content of each school, which is different according to the school tradition and the idea of running a school. However, the managers are all pursuing the state of being proactive and harmonious. How to let the teacher not only have a sense of belonging among the teachers, but also change the rigid restraints of institutional discipline into their own unconscious habits so as to achieve the management objective of seeking common ground while reserving differences and activate the “inert elements” that affect the work. Here mainly from the “two-way selection of teachers and grade”, “teacher’s binding test ” two aspects to be discussed.
