主要调查高校现有教师考核评价制度在提高教师素质能力中的作用,针对调查中教师反馈情况,提出完善高校教师考核评价制度的建议。

It mainly investigates the role of the existing teachers’ appraisal system in improving the quality of teachers. According to the feedback from teachers in the survey, this article puts forward suggestions on how to perfect the appraisal system of college teachers.
