本文通过对普通C30泵送混凝土分别采用(1)JGJ55-2000规定的方法;(2)配合比全计算法进行配合比设计的对比,得出了制约中、低强度混凝土配合比水泥用量的关键因素是工作性的结论,进而提出了用大掺量粉煤灰来增加浆体体积,提高工作性,可以达到既降低成本又提高质量的目的的观点。
In this paper, we adopt the method of (1) JGJ55-2000 for ordinary C30 pumping concrete, respectively; (2) Compare the mix design with the full calculation method, and conclude the key to control the amount of cement in medium and low strength concrete mix The conclusion is that the factors are the workability, and then put forward the viewpoint of increasing the slurry volume and improving the workability by using high volume fly ash to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost and improving the quality.
