目的探讨ATP结合盒转运子A1(ATP binding cassette transporter A1,ABCA1)和血红素加氧酶-1(Heme oxy-genase-1,HO-1)在人脑胶质母细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测ABCA1和HO-1蛋白在44份人脑胶质母细胞瘤及14份瘤旁正常脑组织标本中的表达情况,分析ABCA1和HO-1的表达与患者临床病理特征之间的相关性。结果ABCA1和HO-1蛋白在胶质母细胞瘤中表达的阳性率(77.3%和75%)与瘤旁正常组织(均为7.1%)相比,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001),且ABCA1与HO-1的表达呈正相关(rS=0.313,P<0.05);患者性别、年龄、手术切除范围、肿瘤大小、有无复发、术后放化疗情况与ABCA1、HO-1蛋白的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 ABCA1和HO-1蛋白在胶质母细胞瘤中高表达可能对胶质母细胞瘤的发生、发展具有一定的作用。
