针对CPR1000核电机组蒸汽对空旁路排放系统(GCT-a)出现的控制指令振荡和阀门失效问题,对GCT-a控制回路的比例积分控制器参数进行优化。利用阀门诊断仪(Flow-scanner 6000)对阀门参数进行测试,结合工艺系统运行数据,指出阀门失效根本原因是阀门的阀笼在流量设计上存在问题,导致系统在运行时阀门控制指令出现振荡,致使阀门的密封面加速受损,并提出该问题的解决办法。
The proportional integral controller parameters of the GCT-a control loop are optimized for control command oscillations and valve failures that occur in the steam bypass bypass system (GCT-a) of the CPR1000 nuclear power plant. The valve parameters were tested by using Valve-Diagnostic Instrument (Flow-scanner 6000). Combined with the operation data of the process system, it was pointed out that the root cause of the valve failure is that the valve cage has some problems in the flow design, which causes the valve oscillation during the operation. As a result, the sealing surface of the valve is accelerated and the solution to the problem is proposed.
