一、前言黑体辐射源广泛用作通用红外目标,用于红外辐射校准和红外系统测试中,也用于元件和光学系统测试中,是红外技术中十分重要的基本工具。随着红外技术的发展,测试、校准工作的开展,迫切需要建立高精度、高稳定度黑体辐射标准。同时还需要建立各实验室的标准。本装置是为一种红外测试设备设计的,因为它达到了很高的稳定度(室温下为±0.05℃),结构简单,自备温度指示,因此也可用作各种实验室标准。具有广泛的用途。
I. INTRODUCTION Blackbody radiation sources are widely used as universal infrared targets for infrared radiation calibration and infrared system testing.
