目的 探讨自行配制的改良根充糊剂行根管充填治疗慢性根尖周围炎的远期疗效。方法 对 156例 ,180颗慢性根尖周围炎患牙常规开髓 ,清理扩大根管 ,采用自行配制的改良式复方根充糊剂行根管充填术。并与 4 6例 ,62颗慢性根尖周围炎患牙用常规根充剂行根管充填术治疗的疗效进行比较。结果 治疗后 8年随访 ,实验组总有效率为 93.32 % ,对照组总有效率为 75.4 4 %。两者疗效具有显著性差异 ( χ2 =13.2 8,P <0 .0 1)。结论 改良式根充糊剂具有价廉易得 ,长期疗效好 ,无副作用等优点 ,是治疗根尖周围炎较为理想的根充糊剂。
Objective To investigate the long-term effect of self-made modified root canal paste in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis. Methods 156 cases of 180 cases of chronic periapical inflammation of the teeth with conventional open pulp, root canal cleaning and expansion, the use of self-formulated modified compound root canal paste filling. The curative effect of root canal filling with conventional root canal filling in 46 cases and 62 chronic periapical periodontitis patients was compared. Results After 8 years of follow-up, the total effective rate was 93.32% in the experimental group and 75.4% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two curative effects (χ2 = 13.28, P <0.01). Conclusion Modified root filling paste has the advantages of cheap and easy to obtain, long-term curative effect, no side effects, etc. It is an ideal root filling paste for the treatment of periapical inflammation.
