一九七六年,唐山、丰南地区发生强烈地震.波及天津市,使天津市冶金系统的一些生产关键的工业砖烟囱遭受严重破坏,不仅失去其使用价值,而且严重地危害附近建筑物和人身安全。为了保证尽快地恢复生产和保证人身安全必须及时地采取有效措施将这些遭受严重破坏而报废的烟囱放倒。在天津市冶金局的统一领导下.我们同天津市冶金系统的广大职工一起,群策群力,反复地进行调查研究。最后采用“定向爆破法”放倒了九座砖烟囱。
In 1976, strong earthquakes in Tangshan and Fengnan areas affected the city of Tianjin, causing serious damage to some of the key industrial brick chimneys of the Tianjin metallurgical system. They not only lost their use value, but also seriously damaged nearby buildings and Personal safety. In order to ensure the resumption of production and guarantee of personal safety as soon as possible, effective measures must be taken in a timely manner to bring down these heavily destroyed chimneys that have been scrapped. Under the unified leadership of the Tianjin Metallurgical Bureau, we worked together with the vast number of employees of the Tianjin Metallurgical System to make repeated investigations and research. Finally, the “directional blasting method” was used to knock down nine brick chimneys.
