零位光栅是七十年代推出的新技术,它的出现弥补了增量式光栅没有绝对零位的缺陷,扩大了它的应用范围。近几年来国內同行对零位光栅的设计方法和性能指标进行了许多研究,提出了以光亮比“K”为判据的若干设计方法。本文主要从数学模型和实验测试两个方面进行阐述,提出了零位光栅最佳设计结果的新判据和衡量它的质量指标,以及提高零位光栅定位精度的几个可行途径。为了论证上述观点和笔者所用的优化设计方法(将另文发表)的性能,文章列举了几个零位光栅设计的成果。它们可以与西德Heidenhaiu推出的结果相比较,并在某些质量指标上比其更优。
Zero grating is a new technology introduced in the seventies. Its appearance compensates for the defect that incremental grating does not have absolute zero and enlarges its application range. In recent years, many domestic counterparts have made researches on the design method and performance index of zero grating, and put forward some design methods based on the criterion of “K”. This article mainly elaborates from two aspects of mathematical model and experimental test, puts forward the new criterion of the optimal design result of zero grating and its quality index, and several feasible ways to improve the accuracy of zero grating positioning. In order to demonstrate the above point of view and the author’s optimization design method (to be published in another article) performance, the article cited several zero raster design results. They can be compared with the results from West Germany Heidenhaiu and are better than some of the quality indicators.
