目的:探索黄连药材在产地加工过程中不同的干燥方法对其生物碱类成分的影响,以优化和建立适宜的干燥加工方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定不同加工方法的黄连药材样品中7种生物碱类成分的含量,并采用主成分分析(PCA)对其进行综合评价。结果:不同加工方法对黄连中生物碱类成分的含量有一定影响,自然干燥综合质量较好。结论:建议黄连在加工时采用低温、不断翻动干燥的方法,为优选黄连适宜的产地加工方法提供了基础研究资料。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of different drying methods on the alkaloid constituents of Coptis chinesis in the process of producing raw materials in order to optimize and establish suitable drying methods. Methods: Simultaneous determination of seven alkaloids in Coptis chinensis samples by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was carried out. The contents of seven alkaloids in the samples were determined by principal component analysis (PCA). Results: Different processing methods had some influence on the content of alkaloids in Coptis chinensis, and the comprehensive quality of natural drying was better. Conclusion: It is suggested that Coptis chinensis should adopt the method of low temperature and continuous turning drying in the processing, which provides the basic research data for the optimization of the suitable processing method of Coptis origin.
