目的探讨品质管理圈(品管圈)活动提高病区药品管理质量的有效性。方法根据2013年12月-2014年1月病区内药品管理存在的问题,2014年2月-5月开展品管圈活动,制订包括持续质量改进计划,通过加强护士培训,严格执行相关制度,强化管理督导等方法。结果实施品管圈活动使病区中出现漏退药品的问题的发生率由改进前的15.8%降至为0.0%,护士相关药品管理知识知晓率由64.1%上升为92.3%;退药流程的执行率由71.8%上升为100.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动提高了病区药品管理的质量,也提高了护士的责任心及科研意识,为患者提供了更安全、高效的护理服务,保证了患者住院期间的用药安全。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of Quality Management Circle (QC Circle) activities to improve the quality of ward drug management. Methods According to the existing problems in drug administration in the ward from December 2013 to January 2014, QA activities were carried out from February to May 2014 to formulate a plan including continuous quality improvement. By strengthening nurse training and strictly enforcing the system, Strengthen management supervision and other methods. Results The implementation of quality control activities reduced the incidence of drug leakage in the ward from 15.8% before improvement to 0.0%, and the awareness rate of nurse-related drug management knowledge increased from 64.1% to 92.3% The implementation rate increased from 71.8% to 100.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Quality control circle activities improve the quality of ward drug administration, enhance the nurses’ sense of responsibility and scientific research awareness, provide safer and more efficient nursing services to patients, and ensure the safety of medication during hospitalization.
