“双师型”职教师资,这一概念的提出是我国职教界的一个创举,对“双师型”中职教师通常的理解应该是既能从事专业理论教学,又能指导技能训练,具有以敬业精神为指导、以职业素质为核心的新型教师。我作为《建筑材料》课程的专业课教师,我的理解是拥有作为“教师”的教学示范素质和作为“师傅”的劳动技能素
