中国保监会党委书记、主席项俊波在7月17日召开的2012年上半年保险监管工作会议上指出,当前保险业发展和监管进入了新的时期,外部环境和行业自身都发生了深刻变化,解放思想显得更加重要和紧迫。只有进一步解放思想、转变观念,才能适应形势的发展变化,始终保持与时俱进的精神状态,才能使保险监管工作体现时代性,把握规律性,富于创造性。项俊波指出,解放思想、转变观念是认识新事物、适应新形势的强大思想武器。目前,在监管干部特别是领导干部中间,解放思想、转变观念这个问题并没有完全解决。思想观念不转变,监管定位就会模糊不清,监管思路就会是非混
