由中国仪器仪表学会,美国仪表学会、日本测量与控制学会共同发起和组织的“多国仪器仪表学术会”(Miconex83)于一九八三年四月十一日至十六日在上海锦江俱乐部举行,参加学术会议的代表200余人,其中中国代表108人。在大会上作了四个综合性的学术报告,这四个报告是 (1) 中国吴钦炜同志的“过程仪表和控制系统的发展趋势”;(2) 美国佐兹先生的“教育,促进控制技术发展的关键”,(3) 日本有马敏彦先生的“日本仪表工业振兴之路”,(4) 美国韦伯斯特先生的“论仪表质量”。学术论文交流分五个组进行,共宣读了87篇学术论文,其中中国37篇,美国17篇,日本33篇,其包括的内容有温度仪表,流量仪表,液位仪表,气动仪表,分析仪器,环保仪器,节能仪表,医疗仪器,测量仪
The Micronx83, co-sponsored and organized by the Chinese Society for Instrumentation, the American Society of Instrumentation and the Japan Society for Measurement and Control, was held at the Shanghai Jinjiang Club from April 11th to 16th, 1983 More than 200 representatives attended the academic conference, including 108 from China. Four comprehensive academic reports were made at the conference. These four reports are: (1) the development trend of process instrumentation and control systems in China by Comrade Wu Qinwei; and (2) Mr. Zuzi’s “Education and Promotion of Control Technology (3) Japan has Mr. Ma Minyan’s ”Road to Revitalize the Instrumentation Industry in Japan“, and (4) ”Webmaster Quality" from Mr. Webster. The exchange of academic papers was divided into five groups and 87 academic papers were read altogether, including 37 in China, 17 in the United States and 33 in Japan. The contents include temperature instruments, flow meters, level meters, pneumatic instruments, analytical instruments , Environmental protection equipment, energy-saving instruments, medical equipment, measuring instrument
