多米诺反应是一种高度有效的合成方法,其特点是由简单便宜的原料出发直接合成复杂的分子,并且能够很好的实现原子经济性的要求。从简单易得的底物乙酰乙酰芳胺类化合物出发,采用多米诺反应一步构建了2-吡咯酮类化合物。
The domino reaction is a highly efficient synthesis method characterized by the direct synthesis of complex molecules starting from simple, inexpensive starting materials and with good atomic economy. Starting from simple acetylacetoxy aromatic compounds, the 2-pyrrolones were synthesized in one step using domino reaction.
