仪器分析实验是化学及应用化学等专业的必修基础课程之一。在学生经过理论课和基础实验阶段的教学之后,将开放设计实验的教学环节引入仪器分析实验教学中,有助于提升学生综合运用所学仪器分析方法解决生活实际及科研中问题的能力,培养其创新意识和初步的科学研究能力。开放设计实验的教学采取以学生自行设计为主,教师指导为辅的教学方式;实验选题着眼于与生活实际相关的内容,或与基础研究相关的课题。教学实践证明,这一探究式的教学模式不仅较好地培养了学生综合实践能力、创新意识和团队合作精神,而且大大地激发了学生的学习兴趣和科学研究热情;亦为学生后续的毕业论文(设计)和以后的科研工作奠定了良好的基础。
Instrumental Analysis Experiment is one of the compulsory basic courses in chemistry and applied chemistry. After the students are taught in the theory class and the basic experimental phase, the teaching of open design experiment is introduced into the instrumental analysis experiment teaching, which helps to enhance students’ abilities of comprehensively using the instrumental analysis methods to solve problems in life and research. Its innovative awareness and initial scientific research capabilities. Open design experiment teaching to students based on their own design, teacher guidance supplemented by teaching methods; experimental topics focused on the actual life-related content, or basic research related topics. Teaching practice proves that this exploratory teaching mode not only fosters the students ’comprehensive practical ability, innovative awareness and team spirit, but also greatly stimulates students’ interest in learning and enthusiasm for scientific research. It also provides students with follow-up thesis (Design) and the scientific research laid a good foundation.
