为了控制破乳剂的生产,国内一般仅测定羟基值、凝固点和色度三个指标。为了进一步了解破乳剂的特性和探讨它的有效成份,我们对沈阳新城化工厂1974年按大庆油田设计院方法合成的A_p221破乳剂进行了研究。该样品为用多乙烯多胺为起始剂,与环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷合成的嵌段共聚物。采用硅胶柱层析进行分离,从中分出三个组份,通过测定总氮、红外光谱分析和克拉玛依原油破乳效果评价,可以看出这三个组份的结构和破乳效果是有区别的。
In order to control the demulsifier production, the domestic general only the determination of hydroxyl value, freezing point and three indicators of color. In order to further understand the characteristics of demulsifier and explore its active ingredients, we conducted a research on Shenyang A-p221 demulsifier synthesized by Da Xin Oilfield Design Institute in Shenyang Xincheng Chemical Plant in 1974. The sample is a block copolymer synthesized from ethylene oxide and propylene oxide using ethylene polyamine as a starting material. Separation by silica gel column chromatography, the separation of three components, by determining the total nitrogen, infrared spectroscopy and Karamay crude oil emulsion breaking effect evaluation, we can see that the three components of the structure and demulsification effect is different .
