进入21世纪以来,市场经济取得了迅猛发展,随之而来的是激烈的市场竞争。由于各种因素制约,企业在管理、生产、经营、服务中不断出现各种矛盾,企业的思想政治工作也面临着以往较少遇到的情况。和生产经营中的其他环节一样,思想政治工作要想取得良好的效果,就必须要与时俱进、积极创新、锐意革新,不断适应新形势发展的要求。只有这样,才能保证企业各项工作能够取得良好协调的进步。
Since entering the 21st century, the market economy has made rapid development, followed by fierce market competition. Due to various factors, enterprises constantly face various kinds of contradictions in management, production, operation and service, and the ideological and political work in enterprises also faces the situation that they encountered less in the past.
