面对世界新技术革命的挑战和我国四化建设的需要,培养适应社会主义建设需要的德、智、体全面发展的高级专门人才,已成为高等教育一个战略性的课题。对如何加快人才培养中智力因素的开发,国内外已有众多学者作了探讨,他们都是从教育学和心理学的角度进行研究的。现代教育要求充分发展人的潜在智力、培养创造性人才,这就不仅仅是个教育学和心理学的问题,还有重要的生理学问题。
Faced with the challenge of the world new technology revolution and the need of the four modernizations in our country, it has become a strategic issue for higher education to cultivate advanced specialized personnel with moral, intellectual and physical capabilities that meet the needs of socialist construction. There are many scholars at home and abroad who have discussed how to speed up the development of intellectual factors in personnel training. They all study from the perspective of pedagogy and psychology. Modern education requires the full development of human potential intelligence and the cultivation of creative talents. This is not just a question of pedagogy and psychology, but also an important issue of physiology.
