目的:探讨中西医结合治疗方法对2型糖尿病合并高血脂的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2014年5月到2015年6月的121例2型糖尿病合并高血脂患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采取西医法进行治疗,实验组采取中西医结合治疗方法,比较两组疗效。结果:实验组的临床效果及有效率均显著高于对照组,实验结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗方法对2型糖尿病合并高血脂具有理想的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia. Methods: A total of 121 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia from May 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with western medicine. The experimental group was treated with integrated traditional and western medicine , Compare the two groups curative effect. Results: The clinical effect and the effective rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The experimental results were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia has an ideal clinical efficacy, worthy of clinical application.
