通过电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等手段研究了定向凝固高温合金DZ125L压痕变形后的应变分布和热处理后的再结晶。结果表明:压痕截面的应变分布非常不均匀。压痕变形区域随着载荷的增加而增大,导致再结晶区域的增大。根据实验确定的某一温度下再结晶的临界变形量,结合压痕截面应变分布情况,可预测不同载荷对应的再结晶深度。
The strain distribution and the recrystallization after heat treatment were studied by means of electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) and other means. The results show that the strain distribution of the indentation section is very uneven. The indentation deformation area increases with the load, resulting in an increase of the recrystallization area. Based on the experimentally determined critical deformation of recrystallization at a certain temperature and the strain distribution at the indentation section, the recrystallization depth corresponding to different loads can be predicted.
