国库集中支付制度是我国公共财政体系的重要组成部分,也是国家财政支出管理制度改革完善的主要对象。国库集中支付制度有利于财政资金使用的正常化、制度化,有效的优化了资金的使用效率与拨付效率。本文分析了财政国库集中支付中存在的不足并提出了相应的解决策略。
