校本教研是一种以教师为研究主体,以解决发生在学校现场的教学问题为主的教研活动方式,其根本特征是以校为本,目的是推进新课程实验的实施,促进师生共同发展。可以说,校本教研是一所学校可持续发展的生命所系,是一所学校特色发展的智力支持。小学数学校本教研的活动应基于学校数学教育实际水平和小学数学教师的实际教学能力,有针对性地开展校本教研,以提升校本教研活动形式的有效性和内容的丰富性。一、小学数学校本教研的现象与问题1.形式单调,没“实效”小学数学校本教研
