一氧化碳是含碳酸物质燃烧不完全时的产物,经呼吸道吸入引起中毒。一氧化碳中毒是高压氧治疗的一级适应症,本院对一氧化碳中毒患者普遍采用的是以高压氧为主的综合治疗错施,反对过多依赖药物,取得了满意的疗效。一氧化碳中毒是潜伏期长,彻底根治需要长时间高压氧治疗,因此高压氧治疗期间健康教育是显得尤为重要。本院对一氧化碳中毒病人及家属均采取了一对一的健康指导,明显提高了治愈率及降低了并发症,现报告如下。
Carbon monoxide is a product of incomplete combustion of carbonated substances and is poisoned by inhalation of the respiratory tract. Carbon monoxide poisoning is a first-class indication of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Our hospital generally uses hyperbaric oxygen-based combination therapy for patients with carbon monoxide poisoning and opposes excessive drug dependence and achieves satisfactory results. Carbon monoxide poisoning is a long incubation period, radical cure requires long time hyperbaric oxygen therapy, so hyperbaric oxygen therapy during health education is particularly important. The hospital for patients with carbon monoxide poisoning and their families have taken a one-on-one health guidance, significantly improve the cure rate and reduce complications, are as follows.
