文章运用文献资料法、经验总结法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,探索习武与人类寿命的相依性关系。研究认为:当今全民健身背景下的武术,其主要功能就是强身健体。要达到预期的效果,就要遵守习武规律、习武方法、交手性质。从综合资料显示,习武与不习武都有长寿的机会或可能性,但是习武能推迟衰老这是勿庸置疑的,值得深入研究。
The article explores the interdependent relationship between the martial arts and the life expectancy of human beings based on the research methods such as literature review, experience summaries and logical reasoning. According to the research, the main function of martial arts in the context of nationwide fitness is to keep fit and healthy. To achieve the desired effect, we must abide by the law of martial arts, martial arts method, confrontational nature. From the comprehensive data show that both martial arts and non-martial arts have the longevity opportunities or possibilities, but martial arts can delay aging it is beyond doubt, it is worth further study.
