Over the past 27 years since the reform and opening up, China's socialist market economic system has been basically established. The pattern of opening up to all directions has basically taken shape and the economy has been growing at a sustained and rapid pace. As a whole, people's livelihood has achieved a historic leap from adequate food and clothing to well-off society. At the same time, we are also soberly aware that China is still the largest developing country in the world with a large population, a weak foundation, an uneven development, stressful resources and the environment, and people's livelihood
