学习型组织是通过不断学习来改造组织本身,并把学习共享系统组合起来的组织。它是20世纪末在知识经济条件下,从现代管理理论和实践中发展起来的一种全新的被认为是新世纪管理模式的理论。
Learning organizations are organizations that transform the organization itself through continuous learning and combine learning sharing systems. It is a brand new theory which is developed from the theory and practice of modern management under the condition of knowledge economy at the end of the 20th century and is regarded as the management model of the new century.
